Do I need an appointment, or can I just drop in?
Both work. Oil changes, battery tests and quick checks are walk-in friendly on a first-come basis. For bigger jobs — brakes, diagnostics, tires — booking a slot means we’ve reserved a bay and a tech, so you’re in and out faster.
Will you tell me the price before you start?
Always. We inspect first, then call you with a written estimate that spells out parts and labor. Nothing gets turned until you approve it — and if we find something extra along the way, we stop and check with you before touching it.
What does the 24-month warranty actually cover?
Parts and labor on the repair we performed, for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes later. It’s honored at our shop and at NAPA AutoCare centers nationwide, so you’re covered even on a road trip. Just keep the invoice — we also have it on file.
Can you work on my make and model?
Almost certainly. We service all domestic and most import makes — Toyota, Honda, Ford, Chevy, Subaru, Jeep and more — using factory-grade diagnostics and OE-quality parts. Hybrids and light trucks included; ask us about your EV.
Do you offer financing on bigger repairs?
Yes. Repairs over $300 can be split into monthly payments through our approved lending partners, with 0% plans for qualifying customers. Applying is a soft credit check with no impact on your score, and you’ll usually hear back within minutes.
